Count off…everyone starts in one of the six locations as evenly as possible.
2 exercises at each location with 20 reps each…do both.
Location 1: Merkins/Squats
Location 2: Dips/Big boys
Location 3: Derkins/ Lunges 2:1
Location 4: Dry Docks/ American Hammers
Location 5: Imperial Walkers/ LT Dans
Location 6: Hand Release Merkins/ LBC’s
After completion of each location, run the perimeter of the stations. Upon returning to your just completed location, continue to run to center and roll the single die. It will determine which location you go to next (1-6)
Roll the same number twice in a row and do 20 burpees in the center
