    Opened up with 5 core principles. Mosey’d down to the amphitheater. We did a Tabata style working, 40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest. I pulled a card and each card was an exercise that we would have to do. We did the exercise every other minute, in the 40 seconds we weren’t doing an exercise from the deck of cards we did cardio. The cardio was either running up the stairs and back or box jumping up the little brick walls there at the amphitheater and back down.
    We did this for 43 minutes the cards were:
    2 – merkins
    3 – Horsey ups
    4 – tricep dips
    5 – BIg boys
    6- jump squats
    7 – plank jacks
    8- Mike Tyson’s
    9 – LBCs
    10 – Carolina dry docks
    Jacks – inch worms
    Queens – Lt. Dans
    Kings – Lunges
    Aces – Klinger kicks
    Ended in the COT and NOR. Cobra Commander was the 6 and spoke of how this is something he’s been yearning for, the tight nit group, how we encourage each other and of course a good workout.
