   Pax (6): Trex, Bambi, Wild Sprayer, John Denver, Nougat, Trojan (Q)

   Warmup: 15 SSHs and 10 Windmills in cadence

   Thang: 5 rounds of PT with 3 exercises each round, 12 reps per exercise in cadence. After round 1, pax ran up to the top of the amphitheater and back down. Rounds were then stacked, so repeato round 1, complete round 2, then run. After that, repeato rounds 1 and 2, complete round 3, then run (and so on). Q called on other HIM to take turns calling cadence at various times during the beatdown. Rounds were as follows (12 reps each exercise):
   Round one: squats, merkins, big boy situps
   Round two: lunges (2 is 1), dips, Klinger kicks (2 is 1)
   Round three: triple toes (twinkle toe, but sequence of one calf raise at a time and then both- 4 count), Carolina dry docks, American hammers
   Round four: Lt. Dans, atomic merkins, Edward Scissorlifts (combo of leg scissors and leg lift on a 4 count)
   Round five: line hops, stump hugger/shoulder tap combo (6 count), mtn climbers (2 is 1)

   Bonus round: wall sit while going down the line and having each man drop and complete 5 merkins while rest of pax continued wall sit. Each man completed 2 rounds of merkins.

   CoT: Trojan was the 6 and shared an experience with a close friend who pointed out differences in how he carries himself and the fact that he refers to Sylvania as “home” for the first time despite having lived in Ohio for nearly a decade. Both of these things can be directly attributed to F3. Announcements for bourbon tasting with Dr. Whitfield from Big Brothers tomorrow evening at the airport and Aurora House opportunity to serve concessions at a MudHens game on the 27th. Prayers for continued injury recovery for Splinter and for a good friend and fellow serviceman of John Denver (Zack) who recently passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a wife and children.
