Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Well that was fun,
Thing song, Danny Tanner, Ollie, Pinewood, Hedgehog, Bagles, Micky, Wormer, Brute, Juice, Sideshow, Cogsworth, Beaker, Rubble, Hamptster, Apollo, Mole, Mr. Belding, joined me in a warm up of Ruck Burpees on top run down the hill squats, 5 sets of 5 run around the rock then 8 manmakers on top rifle carry the block at the bottom down 8 squirrels carry the block on non dominant shoulder up. Unfortunately we ran out of time before getting to abs and the cool down set… hog commented about how the work was lacking in creativity, Micky did not have a block, I was happy the hill was a bit frosty so there was no mud.
