Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Warm-Up
SSH, Windmills, Chainbreakers, Gummy Worms
Beatdown
Set-up the speaker in the middle, and 8 spokes around it, all the same distance away. Most likely use the front parking lot as there will be more space there.
There will be 8 stations – ½ will use a block and ½ will not.
Block stations – dips, squirls, curls, manmakers
Other stations – LBC’s, Hammers (4 is 1), Crunchy Frogs, Heels to Heaven
Everyone will start on a different station. You mill mozie, or murder bunny or farmer carry, etc. from the outer ring to the middle. In the middle you will do 2 Thrusters. Then out to the next spoke. If you are going to a block spoke, you’ll bring your cinder block with you, otherwise just a mozie, side shuffle, etc. All movements will be marked on the pavement.
Once you finish 10 of each exercise, do round 2 with 15 of each exercise, then round 3 will be 20, round 4 will be 15 and then 10.
