11’s style beatdown, Pax completed 2 exercises always adding up to 11. Pax would run down to stop sign and back between exercises
First Round : Merkins, Curls with Block
Second Round: Squats with block, Shoulder Press with Block
Third Round : LBC’s, Block Swings
Ended with COA, NOA, COT
