Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Warm-Up
SSH, Windmills, Chainbreakers, Gummy Worms
Beatdown
4 stations around the parking lot at NV.
At each station there is a Block and NO Block workout. Assign everyone a number for the station they are to start at.
Everyone takes their BLOCK to the first station. Do the BLOCK workout at that station. Leave the BLOCK.
Do all the stations.
When you get back to your Block, pick it up and take it to the next station and do the BLOCK station. Then leave the BLOCK and do all the other stations.

BLOCK – overhead press, goblet squats, klinger kicks – 4 is 1

BLOCK – Thrusters, American Hammers 1 is 1
Station 3
NO Block – Mike Tysons, Lunges 2 is 1, LBC’s 3 is 1
BLOCK – Curls and Manmakers

NO Block – Carolina Dry Docks, Monkey Humpers and X-Factors
