Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Beautiful spring morning, west wind 3knts stars! The pre runners rolled in the crew showed up. Pinewood, Romano, Mayor, Mailman, Nails, Hedgehog, Mole, Johnny, Scrooge, Beaker, Spackler, Sideshow, Mater, Smails.
The work was simple perfectly designed and well executed- Flutter kicks while I figure out the tunes… run down the hill first Burpees in 7 weeks, it’s better together. Up the hill an X factor down jump squats up LBC, standing crunch, big boys, back lunge, hello dolly, burpees, X factor,?jump squat, side crunch (thank you sideshow) side lunge and repeat. There was some banter I did head down without the 6 – honest mistake I did not see him. Scolding happened. Next time if/whenwe wait for the 6 we will SSH or high plank. Like a red shirt day
