ELVIS TIME
Weather: 60F and clear. Beautiful morning
PAX: Flush, Rubble, Drago, Mulcahy, Goose, Simmons (6), Trojan, Ozzie, Gas Man, Boo Boo, Oh Geez, Ollie, Trinity, Mailman, Colonel, Brute, Mayor, Scrooge, Gap, Sipe, Bambi, Belding, Pinewood (Q)
Circled up at 0530 for the 5 CPs, credo and mission. Then explained what we were doing today as a group.
THE THING
Mosey down to the bike path and from there started some fartleks. Began with a 30 second fast run/ sprint then a 2 min jog. Rinse and repeat all the way past the manor house, through the covered bridge. Circled the parking lot and returned. We did our best to stay together as a group and it actually worked fairly well. Did a Sipe Loop and then circled up.
CoR and NoR. Simmons came in with a 6 of how the group pushes him to be better in all 3 Fs and challenged the PAX to get better. Announcements for Aurora House and the Fire/CPR beat down on the 27th. Prayers for Drago heading back to FL and for Brute’s friends who lost another son. Closed in prayer.
