Heart Rate Trail

Fresh off an 8K over the weekend, YHC was looking to better myself and made a plea for rabbits to chase during the Tuesday run. And, as expected, several rabbits came out for the run.
YHC got in a warm up lap around Stranahan and passed Ozzie and Hedgehog. This was puzzling since YHC was the first one to the parking lot and hadn’t seen them pull in. After the warm-up lap, we circled up.
YHC covered the mission of F3 and 5 core principles and reviewed the route for the day. The route was the PAX’s favorite route to the covered bridge in Wildwood and back. The seven of us took off and all returned safely. We covered a little under 4 miles.
Ended in COT. Count-o-Rama,Name-o-rama, Hedgehog was our 6, announcements and prayer intentions.
Thanks to all of the rabbits this morning. It helps me to have someone to chase.
