Ran the Purple trail along the tracks and looped back to the Manor House.
At the manor house circle we jogged halfway around and sprint the second half – group back up and repeat a total of 4x.
Ran back to finish the Purple trail on the way back with a fast pace run once we hit the parking lot.
Ended on a sprint across the parking lot and back because, why not?
