Went on a jog and ripped through mission, principles, and motto flawlessly.
The Demo of certain exercises on the Weinke left a lot to be desired.
Playlist included Erik B & Rakim, PJ, Wings, Petty, and Cake’s version of War Pigs, which pales in comparison to what Catan did at the Christmas Party.
Pretty simple beatdown complete 15 reps of the exercise, run one of the 3 paths, repeato down the list.

Wrapped up with 5 minutes of holds: plank variations, squat, lunge,cargo, etc. while listening to George Jones’ “He stopped loving her today”. I drew the ire of Mailman by not letting the song come to its glorious conclusion.
CoR, NoR, 6 by Mailman maybe – must not have been that memorable. Always a pleasure leading this particular ship of fools.
