Quick Mosey to Centennial Mall with explanation of beatdown as follows
5 Jump Squats in the center run to end of one of the spokes do 1 Jack Webb 1 LBC run back to center do 5 more Jump Squats. Run to a new spoke and add 1 more Jack Webb and 1 more LBC
