   First beatdown at the new AO!! Was super jacked to have 3 FNGs from OO on board and 14 other Pax supporting the newest AO. Opened with the five core principles and a little intro to the FNGs about the 6 and names in the COT…you vs you. Then we got to the thang. Took a little money around the path in the front if campus. Got back, circled up, counted off in 1s and 2s.
   Ones on the line, 2s in front of a partner. Cumulatively had to do 100 of an exercise while your partner ran suicides.
   100 Merkins
   100 Mountain climbers (2 is 1)
   100 Big boy sit-ups

   Then we moseyed over to a little hill to the west side of the tower and did “7’s” 1 squat at the top, run down, then 6 Merkins at the bottom. Then 2 up top and 5 at the bottom and so on and so on.

   After that we moseyed down to the University Mall. There is a UT seal in the middle with 6 different sidewalks coming down to the center of circle. We did:
   5 Jump Squats
   10 Merkins
   15 SSH
   Then ran backwards up one of the sidewalks and ran counter clockwise to the next sidewalk and ran down and Repeato.

   Ended with NOR and COT, I the Q and site Q spoke to the new guys about how this group has changed my life in so many positive ways, whether it be the fitness or the accountability or power of prayer or just straight up friendships. Really wanted to make sure they knew this was “more than just a workout “
   Mayor was the 6 and spoke about how when he’s traveling he misses it. Good to surround yourself with good like minded men and the fitness is an added bonus.
