Affectionately coined Mount Doom since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Weight training workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 60 minute beatdown.

    Quick Jog to the tennis courts and back

    Count off by fourteen.

    Circuit workout: 14 stations, all with a Cinder Block
    Station 1: Burpees
    Station 2: Lunges
    Station 3: Curls
    Station 4: Jump Rope
    Station 5: Rows
    Station 6: Squats
    Station 7: Hill Run (down and back, half and back)
    Station 8: Merkins
    Station 9: Klinger Kicks with Chest Press
    Station 10: Shoulder Press
    Station 11: Negative Curls
    Station 12: Skull Crunch’s
    Station 13: Hill Run Again
    Station 14: Jump Rope Again

    50 seconds on/10 second break, every one was able to get around 1.5 times

    COT: Prayers for those families who lost loved ones too soon, those battling illness and for our troops and first reponders
