Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    The Thang: F3 Annual Masters Disc golf Tournament

    18 Holes. Each hole had an exercise listed on each hole. How ever many throws it took to put the disc in the hole, would then times that number with the amount of reps listed on the hole. Example Hole 1 5 Merkins, 4 throws to put in hole = 20 merkins. Pax would mosey in between throws and holes

    Hole 3. 5 Big Boys
    Hole 4. 5 Diamond Merkins
    Hole 5. 3 Lunges 2 is 1
    Hole 6. 5 LBC
    Hole 7. 4 Burpees
    Hole 8. 5 Imperial Walker 2 is 1
    Hole 9. 5 Merkins
    Hole 10. 5 Carolina Dry Docks
    Hole 11. 5 Mike Tysons
    Hole 12. 5 Squats
    Hole 13. 5 Air presses
    Hole 14. 5 Big Boys
    Hole 15. 5 American Hammer 2 is 1
    Hole 16. 3 LT. Dans
    Hole 17. 5 Calve Raises
    Hole 18. 4 Burpees

    Got in a total of 1.6 miles running.

    Ended with COA, NOA, COT, Prayer

    Pax: Marmaduke, Carlton, Crop Duster, Double Mint, Spokes, Tool Man, Back Draft, Lofty, Rooster, Irish Springs.
