Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the stadium and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at the Red Star Diner on Lewis.

    Ladder workout:
    First exercise 5 reps, jog to 25 yard line and back, repeat first exercise and add second with 10 reps, jog to 50 yard line and back, repeat first and second and add third with 15 reps, jog to opposite 25 and back, repeat 1, 2, and 3 and add 4th with 20 reps, jog to other endzone and back.

    Completed 5 cycles
