   Five Core Principles

   Started with 10 side straddle hops. Ran lap around school.
   Broke up into teams of two. Each team had two cinder blocks. First exercise sets of merkens on a 5 count down. First set 10 reps, second set 8 reps, third set 6 reps. All merkens done using the blocks.

   Each person carried cinder block and ran back to the gym and did curls. A reapto of the merkens, same sets and reps. This time the five count was on the way up. When finished ran with cinder block to other end of the school.

   Next exercise was shoulder press: reapto of before: 3 sets, 10/8/6 reps. This time when finished ran down to the bottom of hill all the way to creek. When finished did 3 sets of American Hammers 1 is 1, with cinder block, 12 reps each set.

   Ran down to the creek and back twice. When finished did 3 sets of 10 reps squatting with the with cinder block. While partner squatted other partner Al Gored. When finished ran down the hill with the cinder block and then lunged back up the hill.

   Did a repeato of the merken set and finished with a lap around the school. Thanks to Belding he carried the speaker like it was 1986 so we could enjoy the classic rock music.

   Announcements: convergence on January 1st in Perrysburg, Toy drive still going on till next Friday and Coat Drive as well. No specific prayer request, however prayed for those with illness, the children we are collecting toys for and all the service men and women who defend our country.

   PAX: Ticket, Mickey, Bluto, Belding, Jake The Snake, Mercy, Sideshow, Beaker, Spider Monkey, Scrum, Hedgehog, Sipe, Sleeves, Brute.
