Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
This morning’s beatdown was in honor of both the Jimmy V foundation and those members of the PAX who volunteered to support our Toledo chapter’s fundraiser this weekend. Exercises were left to chance. A dice roll determined which were done.
1. Walking merkins – narrow merkin, left arm out wide merkin, back to narrow merkin, right arm out to wide merkin
2. Plank cross touch – plank position knee drawn up to opposite elbow
3. Star Squats – side lunge right, side lunge left, forward lunge, back lunge.
4. Imperial Walkers
5. .25 mile run
6. Shooter’s choice
The morning proved once again that God has a sense of humor. 20 rolls were made. 2 merkins were rolled. 2 plank cross touches 1 imperial walkers, 2 runs, and 2 shooter’s choice. This left 11 times 3 was rolled. By the math is meant the PAX was submitted to 440 squats. Luckily all PAX members were cheery and very positive about this lack of luck. At one point Pixar had to remind Mickey that you never all out a negative roll at the table.

The beatdown was ended with a COT were prayers were made for patience, family members who are dealing with sickness, and first responders & military.
