    Mother Rucker says:

7 PAX: Scrooge, Mailman, Froman, Bambi, Dauber, Romano, and Mother Rucker

Start point: The Caddy Shack (Ottawa Park) in the Toledo AO.

This group of outstanding men were able to move themselves with rucks, 3 forty pound sand filled pvc pipes, and one additional ruck with a forty five pound plate and lineman insulated rubber gloves 3.22 miles in one hour, six minutes, and fifteen seconds. Average speed of 2.9 miles per hour. intermittent PT was integrated; over head squats, deadlift, bent over rows, lunge steps, ruck swings, and push ups. During the ruck stories were told about Charles “Buck” Modrowski, father to Mother Rucker, and considerations for the work of his life a electrical high lineman were given.

At the end, the PAX present were thanked for their efforts, and left with this teaching point: “My old man was a nobody. But he was somebody to me. As you go through your life, you will get low, but remember, you will mean the world to your wife, son, daughter, and/or parents. Keep that in mind as you go about your day.”

Ended with a abbreviated COT due to time constraints.
