Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    Round 1.
    20 Pushups + 20 jump squat = 10 burpees
    20 Shoulder press + 20 wide squat = thrusters
    30 count High knee + 30 count butt kicker = step suicides to the top. Repeat suicides or work with 6 until complete.

    Round 2
    20 Tuck Jump+ 20 step up = 10 box jumps
    20 Plank jack + 20 (2 is 1 ) shoulder tap = 10 plank jack shoulder tap

    Round 3.

    Round 4
    20 count Flutter Kicks. 20 count hello dolly. 20 count leg raises. 20 count plank. 20 count right plank. 20 count left plank.

    Ended in the COT; Woodstock was the 6.
