boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    Pax (10) – Bourbon, Dutch, Raven, Ponzi, hazmat, isosceles, huckleberry, Casper, mile high, and Woodstock (q)

    The thang:

    3 rounds of 35 seconds per exercise AYG for the following:

    Round 1: merkins, Mt climbers, pickle pounders, plank Jack’s, shoulder taps, hold plank.

    Break for 35

    Round 2: squats, lunges, monkey humpers, potato pickers, Al Gore

    Break for 35

    Round 3: burpees, flutter kicks, lbc’s, hello Dolly’s, burpees

    Repeato – completed each round 3 times.

    Finished by celebrating Huckleberry’s 100th post with 50 4-count Imperial Walkers in cadence.

    Ended with a COT – cor, nor, announcements, and prayers.
