    Field of Dreams 2/13/19 Backblast

Howling winds, single digit wind chill, and an ice covered AO greeted us at Field of Dreams this morning. None of that stopped the 9 HIM that met YHC for the beatdown. TClaps to the following:

Smokey, Tupac, Woodstock, Landslide, Jimmy Dean, Lavar, Chew Toy, Montoya, Dutch, and Klinger (QIC)

Almost every surface of the AO was covered in a sheet of ice. With safety for the PAX in mind, we found a small patch of snow covered grass near a building which was suitable so we weren’t slipping all over and was big enough for the beatdown that was planned. Plus, it blocked most of the wind so it was great. Without knowing the conditions of the AO prior to arrival, YHC had a couple workouts planned so that an adjustment could be made if needed, and it was definitely needed. Here’s what we did:

    Warm Up:
    SSH x 15 in cadence
    Windmill x 15 in cadence
Imperial Walker x 15 in cadence
