    Dawg House Beatdown

After our typical clown car pickup at Awful House @ 0505 YHC and Mailman started our trek out towards the best AO in all of F3Toledo the Dawg House. After a few orange lights on the way we arrived and quickly got out to assess the pristine all turf field. After our short walk and almost slipping a few times an audible was made sadly to move to the parking lot. I think I saw mailman shed a tear on the way back to the parking lot where we saw Modell. Just like YHC’s M, Modell didn’t believe me and he had to see for himself the sad state of the turf. After Modell slipped and slided back he confirmed YHC’s decision and changes were made.
    The Thang:
YHC wasn’t sure if the new head of F3 mudgear Klinger would be waiting in the bushes to hear my cadence calling, but just in case he was today’s beatdown was all OYO and you vs you. After the disclaimer and principles the Gauntlet was thrown down.
    10 Burpees
    20 lunges
    30 Merkins
Run to the other side of the parking lot
    40 LBC’s
    50 SSH 2 is 1……
    60 Freddie Mercury’s 2 is 1
    Run back and repeato

After the first round YHC immediately regretted his decision and contemplated a lot of life decisions that have gotten me to this point. But we all made it through and are better for it.

COT: Prayers for a kid a Modell’s 2.0’s school and for his family, Houdini’s wife, Rocko’s work and for the students at Scott High school.

Moleskin: Modell tried to recruit a high school student to workout with us but instead he just watched…. I’m pretty sure he’s one of Klinger’s informants to make sure Cadence calling would be done correctly.

    Always an honor to lead!
