Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    Start Workout, circle up
    Next exercise is “Side straddle hop”, Starting position….move, in cadence, exercise start counting
    Next exercise is “Windmill”, Starting position….move, in cadence, exercise start counting
    Next exercise is “Rocket Squats”, Starting position….move, in cadence, exercise start counting
    Run two laps

    Cadence Round 1: The Log Area (15 min)
    Merkins (15 count, 4 count)
    Dips (20, 4 count)
    Imperial squat walker (15, 4 count)
    Two Laps
    Push Press with log (25, 4 count)
    Flutter kicks (25 count, 4 count)
    Circle of fire
    Two Laps
    Cadence Round 2: The Frog Area (15 min)
    Incline Merkins (15 count, 4 count)
    Dirty Hookup (10, 4 count) (Plank, then plank up on next level object in front of you)
    Absolutions (10, 8 count)
    Two Laps
    Pickle pounders (15, 4 count)
    Lt. Dans (20, 6 count)
    Burpees (25, 6 count)
    *As many Laps as possible here as well
