   On this morning 9 paxs posted: Nails, Mayor, Sideshow, Gap, Fever, Hedgehog, Honeymoon, Jimmy Dean, & Sipe on his 47th birthday.

   So of course the theme was 47 everything. We started out with 47 side straddle hops, then 47 burpies. We then moved to the bleachers. We did 4 exercises in sets of 10, 10, 10, 10, & 7. The exercises were inclined merkins, tricep dips, diamond merkins, and Bulgarian squats each leg.
   We moved back to the parking lot where we again did sets of 10, 10, 10, 10, & 7 exercises. The exercises were plank jack shoulder taps, Hindu squats, tuck jumps, and calf raises.
   We then did 47 3-way LBC’s.
   Next we did 4 bear crawls between two lamp posts with 7 squat kicks in between.
   We ended with side plank dips and knee to elbow each side.

   I forgot to mention whenever the pax got done early they did full sit ups waiting for the six.

   We prayed for a girl on hedgehogs softball team and that we all have patience during the holidays and remember what it’s truly about.
