Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
7 PAX @ The Fuse this rainy race day morning before the Glass City Marathon. We were lucky to have a nice 42 degree morning in April. We completed some ruck training. We did 1 mile ruck, then 10 rounds; 10 Overhead Squats, 10 Ruck Swings, and 5 Burpees. Ended with an Indian run around the parking lot. Awesome “six” from Dr. Nick! COT, prayers for all those running in the race as well as for Cherry Street Mission. Thanks to all who came out!
