Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    Today Sipe challenged the pax’s to push their limits.

    We started with the following in cadence:

    20 SSH
    20 Floor hops
    20 Merkins
    20 Plank jack shoulder taps
    10 Twisting hip drops

    We then moved to the track did one lap and 10 burpees in cadence followed by repeato.

    Next we moved to the bleachers and did the following down on three up on one cadence:

    10 declined merkins
    10 dips
    10 diamond merkins
    10 Bulgarian squats each leg
    10 calf raises

    Repeato 4 times

    We then moved to the tennis courts and did wheel barrels across the court followed by 5 burpees then partner carried across the tennis courts followed by 50 lbc’s.

    We then moved to the flag and did 10 three was windshield wipers 10 hip dip oblique crunches

    We ended with hand release merkins until the pax’s revolted

    As always it was a pleasure and an honor.

    The pax’s were:

    Splinter, Trinity, Kitty, Ollie, Brute, Sideshow, Danica, Jimmy Dean, MacMurray, Rabbit, Scrooge, Mayor, Tidwell, Minnie, Ozzie, Goose, Nails, Howard, Cogsworth, and Sipe.
