Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

Started off with a welcome and a review of 5 core principles and got right into the warm up.
Performed SSH, merkins and klinger kicks in cadence.
Indian run lap around the school while passing 25 lb plates to the back. Last man took the plate and sprinted to the front.
Stopped at the band field for the start of our relay. Divided into two teams.
Course was marked in 20 yard increments.
One team member at a time on course until the previous member completed lunges. Rest of the group SSH or Imperial walker while waiting.
Relay started w 5 burpees and 10 25 lb BB sit ups.
Goal line to 20- 60 lb sandbag lunges down, run back

40-40 farmer carry w 2 cinder blocks (down and back)
    40-20 bear crawl

Tidwell was our 6 and spoke about the brotherhood and how different he feels when he travels vs posting w the group. If you are dying to hear it, it is on the Pick up the 6 podcast.
Prayers that we all be better, stronger men and for our military and first responders.

Grateful to have this group of men in my life to make me better in all phases.
