Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

The Thang: 14 Pax showed up on this beautiful Saturday morning to get in some summer conditioning for the football season. YHC had to pull an Omaha as the side practice field was under water. I was able to find a suitable location and proceeded to set up the cones. The disclaimer and 5 core principles were recited and we did not have any FNG’s. We warmed up with side straddle hops to the classic “Rock & Roll” by Led Zeppelin. We then lined up on the goal line, got in a football stance and proceeded to sprint on the cadence.
Sprint down & back-50 flutter kicks
    Sprint down & back-50 LBC’s
Sprint down & back pedal back-50 squats
Sprint down & back-50 side straddle hops
High knees down & high knees back-20 merkins
Karaoke down & back-50 jump squats
Sprint down & back-20 big boy situps

At this point we divided up with the ones going with Jimmy Dean and the two’s going with Sipe. Sipe’s team proved victorious as Team 1 had several dropped Interceptions. It was a great time with Team 2 taking the victory 5-3.

We finished with Counterama, Namarama, know your 6 (Goose) and COT.
