Warm-up leg stretches, block curls, side straddle hops
bear crawls and crawl bear
7 stations around the school. Each station started with 30 reps and then just 20, 10 reps on the next rounds. (2Pull ups, curls, merkins, squats, overhead press, LBC, air ups)
The six: Koresh described Dirty got him out here to F3, and it means all 3 F’s lost weight, didn’t know that’s what he was missing, but it fills him.
