On this 81st anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, we paid a small tribute with the work we did today.
We broke into six groups of three and each group started at their own station and moved from station to station throughout the duration of the beatdown.
Station 1 – 12 Pullups, 7 Toes to Bar, 41 Squats
Station 2 – 12 Burpees, 7 LT Dans, 41 Big Boy Sit ups
Station 3 – 12 Toe Touch Sit ups, 7 Thrusters, 41 Merkins
Station 4 – 12 Block Swings, 7 Man Makers, 41 Curls
Station 5 – 12 Diamond Merkins, 7 Lunges (2 is 1), 41 Leg Raises
Station 6 – 400M run around the track at a fast pace.
COT: Cratchit was the 6. Announcements were made. A prayer was said.
