did a basic tabata beatdown today. had a deck of cards with each card representing an exercise. Pulled at random by me. 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off. After 10 cards we ran around the school, then did that the whole time.
Ended in the COT and NOR Tupac was the 6 and spoke of this group and the 3 Fs if he had to put it in order, backwards, Faith is most important and fitness is least favorite but he knows its good for you and the companionship is what drives that for him.
