Bootcamp style workout that uses the track, plenty of open grass, and a large parking lot. Meet at the basketball courts!
Light snow covering on the ground, beautiful 30ish degrees and NO WIND.
Warm-Up
Side straddle hops
First ½ of Workout – Blocks and Cones
Set up cones about 30 yards apart in the grassy area behind the building
Each round of exercises lasts a minute and each round of active rest lasts a minute
Going to cycle through 5 exercises, with a minute active rest jogging in between each set. Repeato. So the total time is 20 minutes.

Second ½ of Workout – EMOM
This is an EMOM – every minute on the minute. 3 sets, each set takes 5 minutes → 15 minutes plus explaining time
1st minute – 10 merkins then squats
2nd minute – 11 merkins then squats
3rd minute – 12 merkins then squats
4th minute – 13 merkins then squats
5th minute – 14 merkins then squats
Minute rest and get ready for the next round
This time the pattern is slow motion merkins and liunges
