It was another glorious Murph.
Started about a minute early, so the run started at 5:30 sharp. Extra Extra and Jimmy Dean both did day 2 of the GoRuck challenge before the beatdown, but they both gave it there all, everyone one encouraging everyone else. The playlist was pretty good as well.
The Murph:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile run
Wear a 20 lb vest.
Afterwords, Extra Extra read the Commendation for Michael Murphy’s Congressional Medal of Honor. Hustle was the six, and then the CoT.
It was done speedily and efficiently.
