The Thang:
Beatdown as called Sit UBU Sit – an ode to the old advertisement that seemed to be on all 80/90’s TV shows with the black lab.
Went as follows:
one lap around Stranahan.
All on the wall, one pax comes off the wall and did 10 goblet squats with 35 lb KB followed by 10 merkins than back on the wall and next guy goes. Did this all the way down and then all the way back.
Run 1/4 mile
Come back and all on the wall, one pax did 5 burpees followed by 25 lb curls x10, then back on the wall and on down. come back all the way down.
Run 1/4 mile
All on the wall for wall sits again. one man off to do 10 renegade rows and 20 big boy situps then next man goes. only did 1 round of these.
Circled back up for 6 MOM for some core work.
In the end over 25 minutes on the wall doing wall sits with some other stuff.
Sideshow was the 6 and Klinger let it be known he did not think this was good for your knees.
Sidenote: Pixar ran by telling us that F3 sucks right on time at 5:30 and then did it again around 5:40….
