Solid send off for 2020, thanks to Mater, Ollie, Bullock, Hedgehog, Pinewood, Sideshow, Ticket, Irish Springs, Nails, Sipe, Tupac for joining me at the hill this morning. We warmed up with a set of 10 triple merkin ruck wearing man makers, straight into the .5 mile run then 1/2 Murph with rucks second 1/2 mile run still wearing rucks… active rest for the 6th was planks and Superman’s no rucks. The whole team used the last few minutes for core cool down with starfish, mtn. climbers and a last set of no ruck triple merkin man makers. Thank you gentlemen it’s an honor spend time with you all and a kick ass way to start the day!
