Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

    While I can’t promise F3 will help with any of these (Especially accidental injuries), YHC focused on 2 that had most potential for a positive impact for our PAX – Heart Disease and Suicide.

    Heart Disease #1 cause of Death in Males
    • Because men usually develop heart disease 10 to 15 years earlier than women, men are more likely to die of it in the prime of life. (American Heart Association)
    • Nearly 700,000 people die of heart disease annually. Approx. 30% of all deaths in US.
    • About a quarter of all heart-disease-related deaths occur in men ages 35 to 65. (CDC)
    • On average, someone dies of CVD roughly every 40 seconds.

    2.) High Knees
    3.) Burpees
    4.) Quick Feet / Drop
    5.) Speed Bag W/ Kicks
    6.) Side Plank Burpees
    7.) Skaters with Hop
    8.) Plank Jack Tucks
    9.) 180 Burpees

    **1 in 5 Adults Experience Mental Health Problem Each Year**
    **79% of suicides are men**
    Teams of 5-7
    Each team must complete 790 reps of each exercise combo before you can move on as team.

    1. Merkin High Fives and Walking Lunges
    2. Prayer Squats and Kick Throughs
    3. Pickle Pounders and Freddy Mercury (2 is 1)
    4. Carolina Dry Docks and Crab Kick Toe Touches

    It was a good topic of conversation. PAX shared a few heartfelt personal moments on these health topics. YHC encourage the PAX to reach out to each other for support for any help they my need.
