Started off with a mild morning 53F. got in a 3.45Mile ruck , through some woods and change up in the path of travel. Got brisk and windy 15mph towards the end but stayed in the tree cover. Got some good conversations about Thanksgiving family gatherings, most being positive. Nougat was the 6 and expressed that in the chaos of family thanksgiving, F3 is his support and solace.
