Opening ceremonies
Triangle area workout. At ea point of the triangle one guy would throw a bean bag to the next point where it would land on or close to an exercise written on the pavement. We would bear crawl, lunge walk, or karaoke to the point, do the exercise then throw to the next point . When we got bk to the beginning we’d do a lap and then start over.
