6 cones on the other end in a zig zag pattern two sets of cones are 40 yards apart
One set of cones had 19 merkins, 19 burpees, 19 diamond merkins, 19 plank jacks, 19 squats 19 Carolina Dry Docks
Other set, 47 shoulder press, 47 Mt Climbers 2 is 1, 47 Big Boy Sit ups, 47 LBC, 47 Klinger Kicks 2 is 1 and 47 Freddie Mercury 2 is 1.
Each guy lined up at a cone, completed the exercise and either bear crawled or lunged across parking lot to the next cone, alternating between 19 reps and 47 reps. 1947 is the year Cherry Street Mission was founded. Each guy was able to complete the course 2.5 times.
