Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

    The Six – Bullock recounted the profound effect F3 has played in helping him conquer addiction to eating/unhealthy habits and inspiration in his quest to lose weight. Emphasized how much he values the friendships he has made and support received in always becoming better man.

    Prayer Intentions: Nails with knee injury, Pinewood and His Family, Perryburg PAX suffering from Covid, Families struggling to cope during pandemic, those who feel isolated especially during these times when we normally celebrate with family.
