Where it all started! Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at local restaurant (changes periodically, they will announce location typically in the COT after the beatdown). Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    HALLOWEEN III

    Started with 5 core principles and SSH.

    Workout: Block workout with mixed exercises. 8 round workout with 3 exercises each round 15 reps. Repeato until song is over. Played 8 Halloween songs.

    ROUND 1: MAN MAKERS, BIG BOYS, BUSTER

    ROUND 2: Curls w/ Block, LBCs, squats

    ROUND 3: Skull Crushers, hammer, lunges

    ROUND 4: PLANK

    ROUND 5: Goblet Squat, merkins, Klingers

    ROUND 6: Block Leg Raises, wide merkins, side lunge

    ROUND 7: Overhead Press, Freddie Mercuries, merkins

    ROUND 8: Block Rows, Imperial, hand release

    Last 10 minutes we played volleyball with the Halloween spirit.

    Finished with COA and COT

    PAX: Poodle, Belding, Oz, Freddie the Falcon, Tupac, Thongsong, Mayer.
