Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the track and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

Red was the Six – he shared his perspective on F3 and how it helps keep him accountable.
The workout consisted of 2 stations with three rounds of exercises. Each round consisted of 47 repos of exercises. We finished the workout by playing some Ultimate Touch Rugby and 47 single-count birthday Merkins for John Denver’s birthday. We went to to Tim Hortons on Central Avenue for the 2nd F.
