Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    3 rounds of super set back and Leg exercises.
    3 rounds each round
    Round 1×3 rounds: goblet squats and calf raises superset 10 each
    Pull ups and block swings superset 10 each

    Round 2 x 3 rounds: straight leg dead lift and step ups 10 each
    1 arm rows and swimmers 10 each

    Round 3 x 3 rounds: block hang cleans and reverse lunges 10 each

    Bent over row and Superman’s 10 each

    Finished with 2×10 bicep curls and Pax led ab workout.

    Ended in COT
