Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

We thought the rain storm would lead to a cancelled PectOlympics, but the bad weather held off and the games and champions prevailed!
While we focused on pec work today, we also got in some cardio + core work. A jog around Close Park and to Start High School and a few park benches are all you need to warm up and extend the burn in your legs and core.
The main draw though was chest work! A few usual suspects and a couple of new combos made for a Beatdown that got our pecs right:
Side-to-side plyo merkins
Stump huggers (respect to Gap)
Crunchy frog merkin combo
Star plank, floating plank, traditional plank medley
Decline merkin medley
Sprinter-kick merkins
Wide-traditional-diamond cutter slow merkin medley (respect to Sipe)
