Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Mosey 1/4 mile, burpees in cadence at corners, building by 1 burpee per corner
    1 Jump Squat, 2 Mike Tysons, 10/20
    Mosey ¼ mile
    Manmaker Medley (MM) 1-4 (1 manmaker medley = down with Block, Plankjack, Merkin, Mt. Climber 2is1, Shoulder Press)
    Started with 1 MM with 1 rep of each exercise, built to 2 MM with 2 reps of each up to 4 with 4.
