Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Warm-Up – SSH, Old Man Windmills, Chainbreakers and Gummy Worms

    The Workout
    Split the group up into 2 – 4 teams for the games.
    I turn 51 today, so we’ll 10 reps of each exercise and a bonus Burpee at the end

    Round 1
    Do 10 reps each of the following 5 exercises
    Merkins
    Crunchy Frogs
    Lunges (2 is 1)
    Klinger Kicks (4 is 1)
    Squats
    Burpee – only 1
    Bear Crawl to the playground, mozie to the slide and down then back to the start
    Repeato for 10 minutes

    Game #1 – Pass Relay Down to the sidewalk and back.
    Pass to a teammate. If you catch it, move on. If you drop it, everyone does 2 penalty Mike Tysons. Start from where you threw it.

    Round 2
    Do 10 reps each of the following 5 exercises
    Diamond Merkins
    Hammers (4 is 1)
    Side Lunges (2 is 1)
    Mike Tysons
    Plank Twists (2 is 1)
    Burpee – only 1
    Skip to the playground, do however many pull-ups you want, mozie back.
    Repeato for 10 minutes

    Game #2 – Punt Relay
    This time, take turns punting the ball. Wherever it lands, do 5 merkins and keep going.
    Round 3
    Do 10 reps each of the following 5 exercises
    Carolina Dry Docks
    LBC’s (3 is 1)
    Smurf Squats
    Inchworms
    Side Crunch (2 is 1)
    Burpee – only 1
    Backwards mozie to the playground, do 10 dips, backwards mozie back
    Repeato for 10 minutes

    Game #3 – Long Snap Relay
    Each team member takes turns taking long snapping. Wherever the ball ends up, do 10 squats. Down to the sidewalk and back.

    Game #4 – Field Goal Relay
    One guy holds the ball just like Linus in Peanuts, someone kicks it. Wherever it lands everyone runs there, does 10 monkey humpers, and the next guy kicks. All the way down to the sidewalk and back.

    PAX in attendance – Cobra Commander, Wild Sprayer, Earl Grey, Paddleboat, Mr. Rogers, Wilson, Sangria, Nougat, Bull, Ricky Bobby, 2-ply, Beaker. Q’d by Beaker.
