F3 light workout perform 50 burpees, 150 merkins, 250 lbcs, and 350 squats with a partner.
Round 1 P1 starts with 5 burpees while P2 runs in place. Continue switching between burpees and gores until 50 total burpees reached.
Round 2 Next, while P1 does 15 merkins, P2 holds a plank until P1 is finished, then switch. Continue switching until all 150 merkins are completed.
Round 3 Next p1 does 25 lbcs while P2 holds leg raise (hollow hold/vsit) then switch until 250 squats are completed.
Round 4 Finally p1 35 Squats while p2 superman pullback reps/cat-cow/chainbreaker switch until 350 squats are completed
Finished with a set of Batwings, Ab-ivator (5 count crunchy frog, am hammers, lbc, gas pumps), and Squat-ivator (5 count in cadence – Situation Squats, Lunges, Squats, Calfraises)
