The Q:

Riverside Park

boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

You have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

Started out with the F3 Mission Statement, Core Principles and the disclaimer.
The Beatdown was a circuit starting with about a 40 foot climb up the hillside, a run down the ramp to the ground exercise station (3 exercises each round), then up all of the steps to the sky workout station (2 exercises), followed by a run across the top and down the ramp, then back up the hill for the next round. I had 3 rounds for both stations laid out.
